Who operates Combo Courier

Anvicit operates Combo Courier and this website. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to pj@anvicit.cloud.

The iPhone app today

Combo Courier does not require an account and does not transmit personal information or gameplay data to Anvicit. Your best score, game preferences, purchase entitlements, and selected dispatch look are stored or evaluated on your device.

When you choose to share a result, Apple’s system share sheet lets you select the destination. Anvicit does not receive the shared content or learn where you sent it.

This website

This is a statically delivered website. It does not use advertising, analytics, tracking pixels, cookies, local storage, accounts, or contact forms. Standard technical request logs may be processed briefly by our hosting provider for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.

Support messages

If you email us, we receive the address you use, your message, and any information or attachments you deliberately include. We use that information only to answer the request, investigate issues, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.

• Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information.
• Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed for support, security, dispute handling, and applicable legal requirements.

Service providers and processing location

The website is hosted on Anvicit-managed infrastructure at OVHcloud in Europe. Email delivery and Apple platform features are processed under the relevant provider’s own terms and privacy information. We do not sell personal information.

Purchases and future online features

Apple processes payment and account information for in-app purchases. Combo Courier receives a verified transaction status or entitlement needed to unlock the purchased cosmetic feature, but not your complete payment-card details.

Online leaderboards, advertising, accounts, diagnostics, or analytics are not covered as active features by the description above. Before enabling any such feature, we will update this policy and the applicable App Store privacy disclosures to describe the actual implementation and available choices.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability for personal information we control. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact pj@anvicit.cloud to make a request. Because current gameplay data stays on your device, deleting the app removes that local data.

Children and security

Combo Courier does not knowingly collect personal information from children. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for information we do process, but no email or online service can promise absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We will publish material changes on this page and update the effective date. Where law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it before the relevant processing begins.
